At inlingua an individual training program is created individually for each company. It is exactly tailored according to your needs. As a guideline, we have created a 10-point program, which is the basis to determine your individual training concept.<\/h6>\n
1. The first step is the common definition of the objective and scope of the planned training.<\/h6>\n
2. With the help of a placement test, the existing knowledge of each participant can be determined.<\/h6>\n
3. In a needs assessment that is integrated into our placement test, we can find the language needs of each participant. As part of the quotation there is no charge.<\/h6>\n
4. Definition of the necessary quantity of hours to reach the respective target language of each prospective student.<\/h6>\n
5. Coordination of the results of the needs analysis with the conditions, capacities and scheduling (07.30 a.m. \u2013 09.30 p.m. possible) and location needs (inlingua training center or corporate offices) of the decision makers. The training can take place either in our premises at inlingua as well as your company\u2019s premises.<\/h6>\n
6. Adapted to the desired learning content, we determine the appropriate learning material.<\/h6>\n
7. Our qualified native speakers form the basis for an effective and goal-oriented training.<\/h6>\n
8. Personal care and flexible support with requests and suggestions.<\/h6>\n
9. Setting the control and feedback elements desired by the company: attendance sheet, mid-term and final exams, course evaluation survey.<\/h6>\n
